Springbank School is the Far North’s leading independent co-educational school for Year 1-13 students. Our school is situated on 14 hectares of rural property in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
Springbank’s clear vision is supported not only by exceptional people, but by significant investment in the attractive physical environment. Our well-resourced physical environment is stimulating and dynamic, yet has a peaceful and safe ambience. The campus creates a sense of pride and contributes to each student feeling a sense of belonging.
Well-chosen resources and purpose-built facilities enhance their educational opportunities. They have the space outdoors to be adventurous and have fun.
We have purpose-built comfortable classrooms, a senior study room, library, modern information technology resources, science laboratory, art room, a full-size gymnasium with rock wall, play-areas for our younger students, an artificial turf, sports fields, and a lengthy fitness track throughout the property. Cross Country runners, cyclists, and orienteering enthusiasts enjoy the trail, which is lined by thousands of beautiful native trees and shrubs. All students walk, jog or run regularly for fitness.
